There exists a variety of ways and programs through which people can donate to the Hospital:
On-going Sadaka or Sadaka Garia and this program is divided into:
1. Charitable Wakf: where money is blocked in a trust fund and the interest on it is benefiting a charity work. In this scheme, you can share with whatever amounts without any minimum requirement.
2. Naming opportunity program: The donor can choose a location/equipment/training program to which he or she will allocate the donation. In gratitude to the donor, his name or the name of the person he wants to honor is put up on a plaque on the element of his choice. This scheme is outlined in a legal contract between the donor and 57357 Sponsor a sick child program This program aims at making available constant donors whose on-going donations would cover costs of patients’ treatment including lab tests, surgeries, scans, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, artificial limbs, social and psychological support
Money Zakat: Dar AL Efta’, an Egyptian religious jurisdiction authority has ratified the giving of money zakat to Hospital 57357. This money would be spent to cover the costs of equipment, medication, treatment costs, hospital stay, surgeries and others Corporate donations This program aims at securing a constant source of revenue by attracting the largest number of firms and corporates both national and international to become on-going charity partners of the Hospital through their participation in the one-pound fundraising program and other donation schemes which help to cover the costs of treatment.
Monthly Donation program: This program aims at securing a steady source of revenue to cover treatment and operational costs in the form of monthly installments. You can choose to participate in the program through contributing monthly with either a fixed or variable amounts. This program supports the hospital in areas such as infection control measures including necessary vaccinations for patients and research studies which aim at improving patients’ outcomes.
Are staff salaries paid out of the donations received by 57357 According to a verse in the holy Kuran , staff employed by a charitable institution such as 57357 have the right to receive their salaries out of the donations that are collected for the benefit of this charity, each according to its position and to what he deserves. It is noteworthy that physicians working for the Hospital are on a full time basis and they are dedicating all their time to the Hospital.
