Overview
This course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to implement and maintain an ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system (FSMS). It combines the principles of HACCP with a structured management system approach, helping organizations strengthen food safety practices, ensure compliance with international standards, and achieve continual improvement.
Objectives
- Identify the fundamental principles and benefits of ISO 22000:2018.
- Interpret the requirements of each clause of ISO 22000 in a practical context.
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis to identify current food safety system deficiencies.
- Develop and document essential components of an ISO 22000 compliant FSMS, including food safety policy, objectives, and procedures.
