The program will emphasize good compounding practices, proper documentation, stability considerations, and quality control in accordance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.

1- Describe the principles and importance of extemporaneous preparation.
2- Identify appropriate situations for compounding extemporaneous formulations.
3- Apply pharmaceutical calculations accurately in compounding.
4- Demonstrate proper techniques for preparing different dosage forms (e.g., suspensions,
ointments, capsules).
5- Follow appropriate quality assurance, labeling, and documentation practices.
6- Recognize stability and compatibility issues in compounded products.
